What we collect
- Account data: email address, password (stored only as a hash), verification records, device key identifiers.
- Purchase and license data: product, grant type (trial, paid, free), dates. Payment card details are handled by the merchant of record, not by us.
- Website and app: basic technical logs (IP address, browser or app version) kept for security and error diagnosis.
- Audio files: TrackSetup processes your audio on your Mac or PC. Audio is not uploaded to us.
How we use it
To run accounts and licenses, deliver downloads, prevent fraud and abuse, send transactional email (verification codes, receipts), and provide support.
We send transactional email only (codes, receipts, security notices). No marketing email without your consent.
Sharing
We share data with service providers needed to run the service (hosting, email delivery, the merchant of record). We do not sell personal data.
International transfers and your rights
Data may be processed in the countries where our providers operate. Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or US state laws), you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your data at [email protected].
Retention
Account and license records are kept while your account is active and as required for accounting and legal obligations.
Security
We use encryption in transit, hashed passwords, signed licenses, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure.
Children
The service is not directed at children under 16.
